I have been told to do this for many years now and I have finally decided to begin my journey in entertaining. This blog was created to document my steps in this world that I fell in love with. My hopes are to create a lucrative business from this or at the least to turn this into a fun hobby.... With my experience of working for Newport Beach celeb chefs Brian Dobbin and Robin Bodwin, I have worked and set-up many events, parties and weddings, which have taught me a great deal on style, design and food choices. The most important part about this endeavor is that I will be enjoying what I do.
The "soiree" planning will be directed to what the client would want, of course (sometimes, it may be scary.....Yikes) but I will think Adler, Wearstler, Hay and Momma Stewart when working on themes, decor and food. Think modern and proper meets eclectic fun!
I will share my experiences as I go. I will also share my thoughts on party etiquette, other parties I attend and lastly honest advice and suggestions.
